The gym may not have the flashy look of modern fitness centers, but the energy, legacy, and brotherhood here are unmatched. You can truly feel the history in every dumbbell and dip bar. Highly recommend for anyone who respects hard work, discipline, and Nepali fitness roots.

This is hands down the best gym in Kathmandu. Apparently formed by a famous Nepalese bodybuilder. Old school weights and lovely clients. The male owner was particularly welcoming and he works out alongside many clients offering support. Equipment all works and the decor reflects its formational era. 300r for a day pass is phenomenal value. One note is that if you want to work out in shoes, you need to bring a clean separate pair. Shoes worn in are "outside shoes" and need to be stored in the rack. I threw around some tin in socks.

If you need to work out at an affordable price this is the place. This gym has all the required equipments as well as experienced trainers. However, the lack of clean bathrooms as well as changing rooms make it a major let down. But the price is almost 1/3rd of any gym in Kathmandu.

First gym center established in Nepal. They are providing good service at offered price. This gym is known in town by Iron gym hall, They still need to add modern equipments to compete with others.

The first gym hall in Nepal but couldn't make it to that par. Though the fees are fair but lots of people make it difficult to work out and on top of that compact gym hall makes it way difficult to exercise properly.
