Keep away. Not a nice place at akl and staff are not helpful. I paid for a day (EU10 - so not very cheap) to use the threadmill. Not 5 mins into my workout there was a powercut and the machine stopped immediately which could have been disastrous had it been a fast workout. I was refused a workout and told i could use the bike instead. Thats not what i wanted or dhat i paid for. To book the bikes were disgustingly dirty and old and couldnt be adjusted. Definitely not worth the price.

If you just wanna use it for a day it's $4 =NPR which is not bad at all for the price you can pay. They have pretty decent equipment but yes they don't have a lot of variety in the cardio section. But overall the gym has a pretty good atmosphere. Would recommend it for a day or two use if you're travelling.

Good place to pump some iron plus there is jumba/aerobic classes and treadmill too. Open from 6 am to 8 pm Sunday to Friday.

Good gym but tried to charge 1000 rupees for one use before me saying it was too expensive and I'll look for somewhere else. At that point they immediately halved the price! I suppose it's what to expect when in India and Nepal.
I give 3-stars because the gym has good space and equipment.

All people are very rude in this gym starting from the lady at the counter except the main morning trainer dai! Never coming back here.. disappointed...

Same experience. They wanna charge you 1000RS. Told them 'no i am Sorry, too much', instantly lowered to 500. And for this Price its Good. Every important Racks are avaible, free water, free water
