I recently rejoined this gym after a 6-month break, and I chose to come back for one main reason - the coach Murali Sir. He designs a well-structured workout program every day, adjusting it based on my energy levels, which keeps the sessions effective and sustainable. His diet suggestions are simple yet impactful, helping me stay on track outside the gym as well. What I appreciate the most is how he motivates me to push for that one extra rep - it always feels challenging in the moment but is absolutely worth it for the results. Coming back here feels like the right choice, and I'm glad to be training under such dedicated guidance again.

Fantastic gym with great facilities and a lot of space and equipment. I've experienced noticeable weight loss and improved strength since joining. I have been in this gym for 5 months. After enquiring many gyms, i decided Xtreme considering my past gym. It is more spacious compare to other gyms in alwal surroundings. Trainer is very polite to every client. He's totally calm and friendly to everyone in gym. If you are going to join for the first time in gym, I recommend Xtreme Fitness Gym. Started my fitness journey with online personal training which lasted for 3 months that warmedup my body to get trained. My trainer, Mr.Murali identified that offline training would benefit me with good results that i have been striving for from past few years. With his polite, gentle, amicable and motivating attitude , he inspired me to travel all the way from khairatabad(35.5kms to and fro) daily. He made it my life style now. Started offline on 01-10-2024. I was 107.6kgs back then. Today on 02-02-2025 i am 88kgs.
