The weight loss diet with the excercise has proven worth making me loss good amount of weight in less time. The ambiance is very good and the trainers are awesome especially Akhil whose is giving me inputs to reduce my weight. Overall it's awesome experience and I highly recommend it.

Best place to transform your body and shape in your mind. Equipped with all sort of modern equipments for strength, muscle and core training. Very supportive trainers.
