Ree Age ladies gym

It's really good to exercise over here. I lost almost 4kgs in only 1month. The gym and slim therapy is enough for a person to decrease their weight and to get fit in less time. Their usage of the equipment is also too good. I finally recommend this gym to use if you wanna lose weight.

Very clean and great homely atmosphere at the gym. The trainer is so friendly and they have a proper schedule for a week which we follow without fail. The trainer is committed to her work and encourages every person. Sanitization happens everyday which I think is the vital point during covid. Very satisfied

Worse gym Has less equipments The trainer is always on phone - doesnt care about anyone. No fans or ac. Even when complained they didn't apologise and asked to wait for a few months until summer goes. The trainer talks to clients saying re re. The diet is taken from google. Complete waste of time going and sweating without fans. Because of this gym ppl get breathing issues. Sometimes trainer doesnt even come and ask us to continue the gym.

It's a very clean gym, with a good trainer. You can definitely see results at Ree Age with Asra as your trainer. She is regular , and puts a lot of effort into all the girls. The equipments are all well maintained and there is also a work out chart for the week. I would highly recommend this gym to all women. Thank you Ree Age and the trainer Asra for this good experience.

Hello! I am rewriting my review....it has been 4 months that I joined this gym, initially everything was good, but later it changed into worst experience.... most of the time they r not punctual especially for the Morning batch and if members are less the session will be cancelled and sometimes coach will not be available for the session. Even maintenance of gym equipments is not done properly...I have to continue because I took 3 months package and there is no refund of ur money.

1. Trainer is experienced. 2. She suggests proper and best exercises. 3. I am here since 2 months and lost 3 kgs ( also depends upon your overall body weight and height) 4. Gym is well maintained. 5. Everyone here are super friendly and nice.

The trainer Asra is amazing and helpful. She pays individual attention to all and is kind. I enjoy doing all the exercises and feeling fit. And, it's an only-ladies gym which is great too!

Best experience and best trainer ever seen who is friendly that's why workouts goes intresting and I enjoy doing workout here. Good equipments provided with better facilities.
