Definitely i will suggest to come and visit the gym. And the sir has 25+ experience in this field, definitely you will get to see changes in your body according to your requirement.just come and tell your requirement they will sculpt your body like mine

If having AC is not an issue then this gym is the cheapest in neredmet area. It has all the equipment one needs and good trainers for general advice as well.

I have going therefor the past 2 weeks n the trainers are good they will tell what to do each n every day n how to exercise n to build up the body

This is one of the worst gym I have ever seen. Treadmill machine doesn't work but they increased the prices. Pathetic maintenance don't go for it

Been to several gyms, this by far is the best! The equipments are drool worthy and trainers are very helpful.

The Gym is amazing and Old school... Especially the Main coach awesome
