Trainer Raj is a nice person and takes interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at and provides tips to get the most of every workout. I already see a big change in my energy levels. I've joined online gym under Jeet(lady trainer) for weight gain. She's very friendly and has good knowledge about functional training and will customize the exercise pattern accordingly.
