He is grounded and keep you grounded with his humbleness and makes you workout all ground exercises. Decide what you need treadmill, fancy equipments or fancy body. He is there all the time for people. Social service can be done in many ways and what Mr. Patro is doing is one of them. I respect him and treat like my elder brother. The Gym looks very old Don't have a cycle and a trademill. So if you are going to loose weight here dont choose this gym. Trainer is not that familiar with what kind if exercises suits whose body. They will just tell what they know and what they want. I chose the morning slot and did it for hardly a month and i hurt my back because of wrong cardio exercise given by a trainner and im still suffering.......
