I joined F5 Gym in 2022 through a friend's reference. Initially, I wasn't consistent, but from 2023 I dedicated myself, and the results have been life-changing. From 110 kilos, I've lost 33 kilos and gained good amount of muscle. Special thanks to Trainer Naveen, who has been supportive throughout, guiding me with the right approach to weight loss, fat loss, and muscle building. His constant reminder--"Never drop the weight"--still motivates me. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for both fat loss and muscle gain.
