The Name itself is New, but the Gym was very old (almost 10 years old) , Gym Maintenance was good and training also very polite (Bikku), it's not only for Boys, Even Bikku provide training to Ladies also, he suggest tips based on our physics. He take personal interest on all the ppls who work out.
