Farha ma'am is very encouraging and most patient trainer. Her immense knowledge and experience shines through when she speaks and explains my workout routines. Training under her equals never a boring day. I find myself looking forward to it.

Fitness Reloaded This is the best gym I ever seen. every equipments are available in the gym. the trainers are very professional and awesome. I am dam sure that if you are joining this gym u will be fully satisfied with the gym and they will provide a number one service. The most impressive thing is the schedules that they prepare for next day workouts are highly appreciated. Yes I must say that you must join this gym and you will be fully satisfied. One of the best gyms I have worked out at.. The trainers are pure class and professionals. they make the training really engaging and benefitting. i joined Fitness reloaded after I heard great things from my husband about the trainer named Farah. She is a great lady trainer who is very warm, charming and can gel with clients in a jiffy. She and Fardeen develop good relations with clients and treat them so well that you might feel guilty, if you even get a thought of quitting the gym.They have recently started group trainings with different sessions in a day, which is working really well for me. Only thing I fear is that gym loses its charm and vibe on her absence and I strongly feel that they are heavily reliant on her. In my pov, Farah should start grooming an equally charming assistant trainer, who can constantly keep an eye on clients and understand their needs, guide them as per the goals they set up for themselves, review their progress regularly and correct the mistakes they do in diet/gym routine. Since today is Women's day, I would like to dedicate this post to her, as she is one of the women I adore because of the personality she has. You should definitely join this gym, if you are looking for a great environment and not just equipment. Wish her and Fardeen all the very best!! Reena

Farha is a fabulous trainer!! She's been my personal trainer for the last 12 years. She is very knowledgeable about different workouts and is very encouraging. A hard task master and highly recommended at all times. Through Covid her online classes helped me lose 10 kgs! Thanks Farha!
