Hello Folks, I am here to share my fitness journey with Apex Fitness Hub. I have had Ligament tears and Knee pain in my left leg for which I'm not in position to walk. I have opted Azhar as my Personal Trainer and He trained me with utmost care and strengthened my legs to great and it's been three months now I'm feeling super better and started playing Badminton as well. Floor is very well maintained and fully hygienic with good variety of equipments. Thanks to Mahesh who continuously tracked my progress.
