Well ventilated..full air conditioning system, The trainers are knowledgeable and very friendly.. it has all working equipment. Enough cadio and weight section. I have been going to the gym for 2 years. The prices are pocket friendly and negotiable

Gym has good facilities and professional staff and kudos to narasimha anna for guiding me properly for my fitness journey it's just been 2 weeks but body and mind is feeling amazing Cheers!

Best gym on the island with ought a shadow of a doubt ... incredible machines all imported from the USA They have two elite gym's here both open at 6am until 10pm I believe both on main roads one above e lake road which I go too is slightly more cost ...is very only there about it's a well run place you pay for what you get a in life a must for fitness goers -:) check it out

Excellent trainers , they are very aware of the exercises and equipment is rlly gud too. I Highly recommend it , also they provide guidance with food and flexible timings for working people, the price is very considerable

This gym is the nicest gym to go to, you'll have all the amenities along with good trainers and all the gym equipments. Trainers will help you out regularly for all the workouts.
