Amarnath Yoga Center

I was a regular student when I lived in Hyderabad. My body improved a lot. Especially the neck pains which resulted from desk job went away. My stamina also improved. Amarnath sir is an expert who puts emphasis on forms. It is hard to find such a class now where I live.

We(I and my wife) are learning Yoga from Amarnath Sir for last 8 years with some breaks in between. He is the best Yoga teacher in town, He is very knowledgable, understands his art well and he naturally commands respect. His honesty and dedication to his teachings can't be disputed. I strongly recommend him and his classes to all beginners and mid experience level Yoga enthusiasts. Pls do register for a few months of trial class to discover and get benefited. Amarnath Sir is very thorough, and focused. With positivity and discipline, he ensures that his students make significant progress, without pressure or strain...as natural as yoga is meant to be. Sir is highly knowledgeable about the physical body, mind, psyche, and their ailments and cures/healing factors. He brings this knowledge to the class, and his students benefit a lot. Sir, thanks for everything you have taught by instructions. And more by example. Your classes are awesome!

It's a blessing if we come across someone who can guide us on the correct path towards a blissful destination. Amarnath sir is such gem of a person who shows us the righteous path towards leading a healthier life. Health being the most important part of our life, it's often neglected owing to the busy and hectic schedule in life. But if someone can make out 1 hour everyday and join yoga class with Amarnath sir, then a wonderful life awaits ahead. Sir is very punctual and starts the class exactly at the right time even if there is only one person who joins. I feel a deep and positive vibe while doing Yoga in the presence of Amarnath sir, he performs all asanas to perfection and is a commendable teacher. I am 30 years old and have been suffering from migraine since last 20 years to be specific (7 years inbetween, the episode was dormant). Severe headache and vomiting for 7-8 times whenever the migraine attack occurs, usually once a month. Now, it's been 2 months that I have started yoga under the guidance of Amarnath sir and I can feel the reduction in migraine episodes drastically and a stronger digestion. Since the last 20 years, I have visited many hospitals and countless doctors to get cure for migraine but after starting yoga and pranayam with Amarnath sir, I believe that the migraine would very soon go away. Very soon would post another comment on the progress. Also since last 3 years I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain, and Sir has taken responsibility to completely cure my back pain. The stretches and asanas that he helps us do everyday, would definitely frame up a stronger spine and spinal muscle. Amarnath sir is indeed a blessing to those who crave to lead a healthy and happy life...

Great experience at Amarnath Yoga Center. Yoga Instrctur Sir has high level of skil , discipline and instruction abilities to take you through the path with him. Definitely I find my flexibility and calmness improving in few months with him. To me it's a blessing to have his classes very close to my house. His advises on health conditions, if any is a bonus. And finally, getting inspired by other practitioners in the class keeps you going.

Very nice. Teacher is very knowledgeable & helpful. Teacher gives attention to each & every students & helps doing all yoga postures correctly. He is multilingual and explains everything in English, Hindi & Telugu. I have been going since 3-months. The teacher also advises on individual health issues if asked. Join this center, & keep practicing to feel the result.

I have been going to yoga for more than an year now. It has been great. Sir has been a great teacher and due to his vast experience he is able to correct and guide us well. He explains the benefits of each posture and the various pranayamams. That gives us more motivation to give it our best.
