This is my first ever experience in gym. As I'm a beginner, coaches guided me to perfection. They provide diet plans, workout charts, etc. The ambiance is good and the equipments are newly installed. It's been one month after joining the gym, coaches have did a great job. Efforts never fail

I joined here before couple of months ago. I'll give 5 out of 5 stars cause the trainer and the environment of the gym is better than anyother gym's located in udumalet. I'd suggest everyone to join in Royal unisex fitness in udumalpet cause it'll make you're physique that will help for better future not only for men especially for womens too. The trainer will guide you end to end and make you're own workout chart that might help you to achieve you're goals with short period of time and they'll provide diet chart too. I'll suggest you to join this gym as soon as possible.

Its was an awesome experience for me i choose personal trainer option for weightloss . Trainer taught me how we to do proper diet with calorie deficit for weight loss i have enjoy every meal for my weightloss journey .starting my weight is 92kg within 45 day i lost 10kg .
