A big shoutout to Karthik Sir, the owner, who runs the place with genuine passion and professionalism. You can really feel his commitment to creating a positive and motivating environment.
And I can't thank my trainer Kesavan enough! He's knowledgeable, friendly, and always pushes me to do my best while making sure my form and technique are on point. His guidance has made a huge difference in my fitness journey.

The gym is decently big enough to hold all equipment's for circuit. The CrossFit area is also decently big enough. The equipment's are from good brands and are always in good working condition. The gym is cleaned regularly and well maintained. Instructors be it the chief Karthik and his support staff Gautham who I work with are knowledgeable and guide us correctly according to our needs and what is best for us. My suggestion is you can generate cards for people according to their needs and keep rotating them like regular other city gyms. Price is reasonable even for monthly memberships
