If you want your body to be toned, then it's the perfect place to do that. The trainers there are so humble, friendly and actually care about your progress. I got trained by Seran Master(the best). He carved me in such a way that I could see the results within 2 to 3 months. It's been 5 months since joined here and this is my first gym experience I can see visible changes and my body got toned. Early opens and late closes make it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule also Master is so flexible with workout timings which works great for me to come gym daily as a working woman. He boost my confidence level and push me out of my comfort zone and improved my performance day-by-day. He guided me with proper nutritional diet. Confidently I can say it's one of the best gyms in Thanjavur with clean and well-maintained, the equipment is always in top condition and the gym is spotless. Whether you're into strength training or cardio they've got everything you need.
