Fitzone gym

I'm really happy with my gym and especially my master Farid. He is very friendly and approachable, always motivating us in a positive way. One of the best things is that Farid gives individual workouts based on each person's body type and fitness goals, which makes a big difference. The gym itself is very well-maintained, with brand new equipment, clean space, and a good environment for workouts. The atmosphere is energetic and encouraging, making it easy to stay consistent. Overall, I'm really satisfied and would highly recommend this gym and Master Farid to anyone who wants to see real results with proper guidance.

In thanjavur have trained in many gyms but here there is unique experience and well trained masters and certified trainers. Good ambience & clean ,neat , timing flexibility are also good
