Very bad experience with Gym management So much attitude in Trainer and helper (Raja and Mahesh) Poor way of talking, disrespectful behaviour Eve teasing and body shaming by these to customer Vulger comment passing No proper AC working Worn out equipment Poor ventilation Don't recommend at all Please check at your own risk while joining Many more things don't want to disclose Rabb bhala kre

Heat health hub gym is very good and staff are all very good persons.gym environment is very clean and hygiene.mai suggest kruga sab nu tusi bhi gym aao.

Equipment may be limited here but the trainers are one of the patialas best. I've joined the gym just 2 months ago te mera 2 month ch 13 kg lose hoya weight. ROHIT VEERA TE RAJA PAAJI BEST

"HEAT GIVES GOOD HEART" This gym is a place where i go to train and exercise, but also to unwind, socialize, and recharge. Therefore,this gym (HEAT) is a facility that promotes physical activity, provides a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for recreation and Socialization ... Also trainer Rohit he is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. After one short month I am pleased with my progress i lose 3 kgs and feel assured that with him continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.i can say heat gives you good heart and health either physically or mentally "BIG THANKS TO ROHIT and Gym HEAT".
