It's been two months since I joined O2 Gym.The training so far has been completely satisfying plus amazing.Gym facilities are well maintained and overall the gym provides a clean and positive atmosphere.
In addition to this, the trainers and other staff members are well behaved and their conduct is appreciable too.
I would like to put special mention of my gym trainer- Vansh sir. He knows his work and provides upright guidance. He motivates everyday and customizes the workout plan almost in every session. His balanced way of instructions and progress oriented genuine concerns, have been positive sources of my motivation.Training under is supervision has been satisfactory, effective and enjoyable up to this point
