Been almost 9 months since I started my calisthenics journey without caliyog, joining Caliyog was one of the best decision I've ever made and the one of the best aspects of the gym is its knowledgeable trainers. The coaches has a deep understanding of bodyweight exercises and were skilled at tailoring movements for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The vibe here is just awesome.

Jus go for it guyz.. I actually started loving my workout because of these guyz. Caliyog not only focusing on strength building but on mobility and overall fitness. Perfect balance of weight training and yoga and Calisthenics to make our everyday activities easier. Working out in Open air environment is best part of it which vibes differently and keeps you energetic and fresh even after heavy workout sessions. Trainers personally look into you form and motivates us for betterment. Special thanks to Ketan , Vishwaja, Mayur and Vedant for you constant support and guidance.
