The biggest and advance gym in sangli ,All trainer's are certified and very nice beavers, and giving attendees.The trainers Shree,Shakil,Gaurav and Sadam are giving training very nicely.specially Yasin sir having a full of experience,knowledge in every training like gym, functional training, boxing etc. They're also giving a variety of fitness training changes a day by day.You have very good results in few days.so if you join gym the first preference was THE XL GYM .

I've been the gym member since the last 6 years and the results are amazing! The trainers, the infrastructure, the information and the detail given before every exercise and the cooperation is incredible! The Nutricafe is also a very healthy food binge place...can't go wrong with the XL gym. Not a better gym than this in sangli in fact all over I would say

The gym is very well equipped and is also clean & hygienic. Really great gym with a lot of facilities and staff. They even have the Nutricafe where they provide diet meals & drinks. Loved the convenience!

A spacious 3 floor gym that provides Crossfit, Spinning/Spivi, a gym floor of nautilus machines, and a dedicated space for treadmills and zumba/aerobic studio. The highlight is that they actually provide/conduct regular crossfit and spinning batches instead of just providing the facility. They also have a Body Composition Analysis machine, which gives a detailed report of your body fat percentage and muscle mass, and they make it a point to motivate and guide you towards your fitness goals. The staff(trainers, front desk, nutritionists, et all) are qualified and polite and provide excellent service and attention to their members. The environment to work out in this gym is wonderful because of the staff, ambiance, as well as their members/clientele. If fitness is your goal, then this is the gym to join because of the various services and training programs.
