The gym is well equipped. The location is convenient, the ambiance is safe and secure, the staff is cooperative. Various activities such as zumba aerobics and yoga are conducted throughout the week. The gym timings are really Convenient as it beginning from 7:00 till 10:00 in the noon.. Great place to begin your fitness regime.

Overly loud music needs to be kept in check, it's so loud that you can hear it even after wearing your earphone on noise cancelling mode.

The staff look like the same ones who were working at Fit7. I highly suggest one shouldn't take a yearly membership plan here as they are known to shut anytime and run away with your money. Its a very average looking gym just like the others in the area.
