Best gym near that area. I just wanted 2 days access and they provided it. I came from Mumbai. Best advanced equipments. Best workout vibes. Best thing is the huge area and cafe just outside. Highly recommended.

The gym is spacious and well-equipped, offering everything you need for any fitness goal. Rakesh is an excellent coach--training with him is always motivating. I genuinely look forward to visiting the gym every day.

I joined this gym few months back and it was my first time into a gym. I was lil worried about how ll it go but it's going really well and i think I took a right decision joining Rockfold fitness. All the trainers are really humble and supportive. I am getting trained under Venky sir here. I would say he is not only a great coach but a good friend. Every time he shows up with energy and focus and his consistency pushes me to be better everyday. I was thinking training sessions must be boring but with him it's not. He can make anyone laugh during a painful session. Thank you Venky sir for motivating and pushing me beyond my limits

They have equipments from Jerai Fitness, and the brand is quite known within India. The spacious workout area provides ample room to move, whether you're into lifting weights, cardio, or group classes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll feel right at the place you needed to be. The only negative I would say is that it gets little crowded during peak hours, but it is properly ventilated now with multiple ACs. Overall, Rockfold Fitness ticks all the boxes for a top-notch gym experience.

Rockfold Gym is a top-notch facility with high-quality machines, a clean and motivating atmosphere, and courteous staff. The equipment is excellent and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth workout experience. They also have a cafe where you can grab a healthy meal post-workout -- a big plus for anyone with a busy schedule. I've been training here for around 2 months, and the results and experience have been extremely satisfying. A big shoutout to Avinash, who has been an exceptional trainer. Just after a few sessions, I started noticing a lot of difference in my stamina and inch loss. Training with Avinash is worth every rupee you spend. And just when you feel like you've mastered something, he comes in with a new challenge -- pushing your limits every single day. He is always on time, never compromises your schedule, and puts in visible effort. His respect toward clients and dedication truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone in and around Keshav Nagar!

Good equipments but gym needs to be maintained properly and cleanliness should be improved. I have only joined this gym because of Rahul Nadar sir....he is very experienced and a good trainer .. his training has helped me alot...Rahul sir helps me train on both machines and functional training

Very well equipped Gym with all modern equipments. Only thing to improve is: Air Conditioning Parking discipline Footwear placement by members (member responsibility that is actually) Rest is all good.
