The gym is very hygienic, and all the equipment is well-maintained and in great condition. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and always guide you properly. Before using any equipment, they provide clear instructions and are always ready to help whenever needed. Unlike many other gyms, they never mislead members with false promises or information - which I truly appreciate. Special mention to the owner, Mr. Prashant Sir, who is not just a great owner but also a wonderful mentor. His guidance and motivation make a big difference in our fitness journey. The trainers are always ready to support and guide you (unless it's peak hours and they're surrounded by newcomers ). Ashok Sir may seem strict on the outside, but deep down, he genuinely cares for everyone. Chinmay Sir feels more like a friend, constantly pushing you to become your best self. Shubham Sir's calm and composed nature is heartwarming, while Prashant Sir provides expert guidance, even personally giving diet plans. Definitely a great place to workout
