Recently joined this place. It is easily one of the most underrated fitness places in Pune khadki area. They don't work on bodybuilding or weight loss. They work on your endurance, stamina and overall heart-lung parameters. You'll get a detailed BMI report with advanced read-outs like visceral fat range etc mailed to you after periodic checks to keep you motivated. While trainers are not provided on a one to one basis, Ishaan and Kiran keep an eagles eye on every body. It is ideal for people who need guidance but prefer to work on their own with minimal supervision.

The environment created is extremely positive. Personal attention is given, besides gym the trainer helps us in all the activities throughout the day.
