SR Fitness is budget friendly gym for women. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Have sufficient equipment for daily workout.
One of the trainer (Miss Sanika) is fantastic dancer and we enjoyed some dance moves as well.
Overall it's a happy experience so far..

Avoid investing in this gym at all costs. The gym's structure and atmosphere are overwhelming suffocating, making it a miserable place to work out. The trainers are unprofessional, with one spending more time watching videos and applying mehendi on her phone than assisting clients. The gym's obsessive focus on daily weight and waist measurements creates a stressful and negative environment. It's a complete waste of money, and you'd be better off burning your money than spending it on this stupid gym.

One of the best gym..amazing workouts ..within 2months I loss my weight when I joint gym it was an 62 now it's 50 kg within 2months I got the results of my weight ..shivani madam as taken allots of efforts..also sanika maam helped me in yog aasans ..it's a nice gym for ladies .on Saturday's zumba classes are there with functional training by sanika maam..I am a sport player and my coach said u have to lose ur weight till 50kg I was in dam tension so I went in sr fitness and I met shivani maam amazing trainer she is I followed her diet..I will suggest all the ladies please join sr fitness friendly atmosphere and trainers are best..also workouts and yoga functional training is amazing thank you sr fitness
