Quality Fitness Club

The gym is just average. There's no proper space for warm-up, and the overall layout feels quite cozy and cramped. It also tends to get crowded during peak hours. Considering the facilities, the membership fee feels a bit too high. Could be better with improved space management and value for money.

I've been training at Quality Fitness Club for a while now, and I have to say that working out here has been a very transformative journey for me , my best experience has been the incredible guidance from Prem Shirgaonkar. He is not only highly knowledgeable but also motivating and genuinely invested in every client's progress. Their workout plans are tailored to individual needs, and they always make sure to correct form, explain techniques clearly, and push past my limits just enough to keep me motivated. Thanks to their support, I've seen noticeable improvements in both my strength and overall fitness. If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares and makes the gym experience enjoyable, I can't recommend Prem Shirgaonkar enough!

I am member of QFC from 2020.... AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out. Also want to highlight Special programs like Summer camp, Navaratri event, Trips and many more.

Well The people especially the management and the owner is completely unhinged. They make their own rules on the go...treadmill rules like you cant workout on treadmill more than 10 mins, you can't do this you can't do that And random bollywood dance music is playing during workout like it's a resto bar or something.such less equipment they have and act all high and mighty about their gym being better than golds, cult and such.. And oh wait They also body shame you if you workout on your own..one of the people when I was working out was told " Aapne hamara training plan nahi liya hai isliye aap abhi bhi waise hi ho koi change nahi hai" No one understands fitness just understands SO CALLED RULES You cant workout even through YouTube videos and these people basically beg new people to join and once they do..they KICK THEM OUT for watching YouTube workout videos or even working out on your own Even for ladies batch..it's more like fitness womens party over there. Basically save your time and money and join any other gym

Hello, This gym is best gym,I joined batch workout pass few month the mam , trainer and co-operative staff very attentive towards the member.. the place is hygienic and great ambiance to work out. But Moderate crowded.. Happy with space and nice atmosphere during the workout.

Gym is good but the owner of the gym reena is not behaving properly and this is not school for obeing the time we need to workout for hours and we are paying full payment and the rule for treadmill is not proper they does not allow for incline this is not good please see for it
