Dissappointing Experience for a passionate customer. Positives Good Vibe & Ambience Decent equipments Nice place for ladies (why because you will come to know after reading the entire review) Right platform for those who don't need anybody's guidance & correction. Negatives Trainers are interested only on personal training Trainers will be behind ladies only Trainers are least bothered about supporting gents. The approach of trainers will really de motivate us. Most of the time there won't be any trainers available on the floor. It will be a clueless situation for beginners, especially gents. We will be like orphan, no one to guide, support & take care. Most of the evenings are highly crowded & at that time also you can see the absence of trainers. There will be only 2 trainers in the entire floor during the peak hours to control & guide 40 to 50 members. Trainers here has got no commitment towards anything other than personal training & flattering with lady customers. You can see trainers doing time pass by scrolling on the phone, sitting at the director's room, reception & at times getting disappeared by leaving outside. They took my BMI & after that they said they will be providing the diet plan & proper guidance for workout, but nothing happened.Since I have already paid the fees for one month I was not having any other option other than to some how continue over there. If you are under personal training or if you are not a lady you will be treated like a stray dog. At the closing time you can see an outstanding enthusiasm from trainers in keeping the properties back in the rack & they will rush to shutdown, this gives the customer a negative energy. Day by day the cleanliness & maintenance of equipments is also really pathetic. There's no one to control the trainers over here that's the major problem. Dear Management please open your eyes. There won't be anyone available to tell you or to correct you by saying whatever you are doing is right or wrong.....this results in loss of time, energy, money, mental stress & huge chance of injuries & accidents.. Don't wonder if someone is loosing their life also, because for a beginner there's no proper guidance or attention provided. Due to this pathetic experience I quit from here & joined another Gym & it's providing me a classic experience. Dear friends there are excellent alternative options available in & around. Please do proper research & choose your GYM I learnt from my mistakes,I corrected myself by leaving from here & joining at the right location.

Good equipment...attentive trainers. Overall a good gym

I had a disappointing experience at Physc Gym. The hygiene standards were not up to the mark, as the toilets were not properly cleaned. Cleanliness is crucial in a gym, and this was a major letdown. Additionally, the behavior of the receptionist was not professional. They did not treat customers with proper respect or courtesy, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Good customer service is essential for a positive gym environment, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of equipment to suit different workouts, from cardio machines to free weights. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and offering assistance when needed. I particularly appreciated the spacious layout, which made it easy to move between machines without feeling crowded. The locker rooms were also clean and stocked with essential amenities. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality workout environment. One can easily make mind to join as quickly as possible.

Overall Atmosphere is Good...taking PT since last 2+ months and can see changes in my own physics....so as per training consideration gym is too good...they have plenty of equipment but still lack in many latest and new equipments...I guess since last couple of years they didn't renewed anything....Cardio section needs to be renewed...space wise it is best gym in nearby area...
