I have been training with Loukik for almost 3 years now. Fantastic trainer who has knowledge of most of the fitness types. Also very regular, even on special occasions sessions happen for sure. He takes care of your improvement areas and makes you stronger. Highly recommended for each and everyone who wants to be fit!

Excellent fitness trainer who makes work out simple and makes us stretch to 100% of our capacity. I am motivated to be consistent and I enjoy the session though attimes want to give up midway due to pain especially while doing abs.
