My mother is a Sr. Citizen and works out here. In January 2025 payment was made to trainer Rupesh Parab who was also her 'personal trainer' for a quarter stating clearly that she won't be coming to the gym in March due to Ramadan and we'd like that month to be extended until April 2025.
Now in April she didn't opt for personal training and she was constantly interrupted and was told that the membership is expired as she didn't come the entire of March. Alas, we didn't get it in writing when we made the payment. Gym management simply denied having any such conversation.
Kindly do not go on their word and avoid harassment to your loved ones especially elders and always get receipt of payment and always get things written.
(Any recommendations for gyms nearby for elderly would be greatly appreciated)

Equipment is well maintained only the cushioning needs to be changed.
Trainers are super friendly, cooperative and always willing to guide and help.....especially Sahil sir.

Extremely crowded Gym .. overflow from the branch that closed down in Lulla nagar .. have to wait for eternity to complete your sets.. try going in peak summers between 6-9 and it's so packed and stuffy .. plus washrooms aren't very clean!

Thursdays no water in gym , muscle sprain spray not available, even when we requested ,it was not made available, I feel there are much more better gyms available so would like to request members to be cautious before joining

No trainer's on the floor, no ac is on. Most of the equipment are loose or not working. Trainer's are busy gossiping on front desk or flirting.
