Excellent gym with excellent trainers! I've been training with Nihal sir for 6 months now, and I can confidently say he is an excellent trainer. He is highly knowledgeable, very patient, and always ensures that workouts are tailored to my goals and fitness level. He gives customized diet plan as well. His motivation and clear guidance makes every session very effective. Thanks to his support, I've seen great progress in both strength and stamina. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional gym trainer.

I started my training with Sunil Gore close to 6 months ago and have had a really positive experience. When I started my confidence was quite low as I hadn't been exercising much in the previous 2 years. He is extremely professional and dedicated in his work. Being focussed and disciplined through out the entire workout sessions is one of the best qualities about him.
