Overall, I've had a great experience at this gym. The staff is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help whenever needed. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide proper guidance for workouts and posture correction. The gym is well-maintained and kept clean, with good-quality equipment that's regularly serviced. The atmosphere is motivating, and the playlist during workouts adds great energy. However, I'd like to mention a couple of areas that could use some improvement. Firstly, I personally feel that the gym space is a bit on the smaller side, especially during peak hours -- it can feel slightly crowded. Secondly, the changing room, while kept clean, tends to have a lingering smell that can be uncomfortable at times. It would be great if this could be addressed with better ventilation or air fresheners. Other than that, everything else has been impressive. The overall environment is positive, and the team really makes an effort to ensure members have a good experience. I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating place to work out.

This gym is quite small, and on Friday, three machines were broken. There hasn't been a single day when all the treadmills are working. I honestly feel like I've wasted my money -- there's no way to get a refund, the gym is always overcrowded, and the management is very poor. One Sunday, there were no clean mats available. I asked the staff to either give me an unused mat or at least clean one of the used mats, but the guy told me there was no one available to clean them, so he couldn't do anything. Wow

Comparing it with Cult Hinjewadi phase 1, Phase 2 and Wakad, it's smaller. But the equipments for BACK are amazing, good for cardio. Better to go post-peak hours. Changing room is good , clean and nicely lighted.

The gym offers a highly professional and motivating atmosphere, making it an excellent environment for athletes to train and grow. Their initiative to provide complimentary memberships to national and international athletes, including myself, is a commendable gesture that greatly benefits the sporting community. Such support plays a vital role in empowering upcoming athletes to pursue their goals without financial constraints.

I have been working out at Gold's Gym, Baner (Pune) and my experience has been excellent. The gym has well-maintained equipment with a wide variety for strength training and cardio. The trainers are highly professional, supportive and knowledgeable, always guiding with proper form and motivation. The cleanliness and hygiene of the gym is maintained very well. Best experience and I love this place. Best part I loved is the discipline in this gym. All free weights are always stacked at their own place. Trainers are very vogilant to ensure this. Lockers are very hygienic and clean. They keep shoes and left items in separate place immediately to ensure the tidiness & hygiene which I have not seen elsewhere. Great food at their Cafe. All the trainers are well groomed.

I have been to this gym on cult trials a few years ago and to be honest nothing has changed, this gym is absolutely the best to workout at. The equipments are good and work well, the staff is friendly and supports everyone if they get a chance, im really suprised how well they have maintained standards, and are living by that even though most gyms fail in their deliverables. Much recommended to all, plus point - I went at 7 pm and the crowd was bareable even though the gym has less carpet area.
