Waste gym waste money trainers are not doing their well job and gym trainers are misbehave with women and our bottle also not safe in this gym they broke my bottle. And I suggest keep your stuffs your on risk.
Because the manager and trainers and receptionist all are very much uneducated and very bad in behaviour so just I don't recommend.

It is definitely a value for money gym.
They have all functional machines, air conditioning, trainers hovering over you(but not helping you unless you hire em as a personal trainer).
They have three floors
1 For cardio
2. For strength
3. For stretching, yoga, etc.
They also have a BMI scanner which they allow you to take every month.
It gives out multiple parameters like skeleton muscle mass, waist to hip ratio, etc with ideal values so that you know what and how to improve.

This is one of the best places to workout. If you are looking for a change in your life and looking for a healthy life you need to join here. I have been here for 4 months and I could find a drastic change in my body and mind. I had Shrikant as my personal trainer who ensured I am aware of what my goal is and helped me achieve my goal.
He is a wonderful trainer with a lot of experience and knowledge..
Unfortunately I had to leave gym due to accident but will surely love to join back under his training.

The staff at the desk are very helpful,
I started personal training with Shrikant sir, He is one of the best trainers I have seen. He pushed me through all the workouts and showed me all the correct forms and variances I needed for my goal.
I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Still remember the day when i joined this Gym. I am there since this branch opened in Dhanori. Good place to workout and enjoy the day with super trainers. Met multiple trainers over a time period but the Shrikant sir takes an efforts for your personal training is tremendous. He have good amount of knowledge about your goals in gym and provide appropriate solutions towards your target.

Air conditioner doesn't works often,no proper ventilation,you will suffocate in this gym,not a good experience since couple of months.Please look for other options.
