I have joined Dr Manisha's yoga institute since more than 6 months.I must say it has been a wonderful experience for me .I have recovered from my post COVID illness physically and emotionally. It's a pleasure to excercise with Dr Manisha.She is kind and gentle and a good teacher as well. All the best Dr Manisha
