Commando Fitness Unisex Gym

Joined this gym around 3 months ago. The instructors and the owner jyoti really work hard to keep the consistency and the level of the workout. They cover the overall fitness of your body through the exercises. They even hold events and bring up motivation among the members to lose weight and maintain body fitness. Jyoti manages it well and rates are reasonable. Vishal Sir and everybody else have awesome energy and take great workout sessions.

Clean and comfortable with a great team running the place. Here is a place in which u can be very fit and healthy. Here they train u how to make Ur self fit and healthy. They also help us to use the equipments properly and the trainers (The Guru) of the gym is professional. I love this place to make myself fit and healthy. all equipment's are new and every day they sanitize it properly. they do have sanitizer beside each equipment to clean it before use.

Me and my husband went to the gym for enquiry today. The receptionist guy was extremely rude and arrogant. He lacked basic manners/ etiquettes. He was behaving as if he was doing us a favour by giving basic information about the gym and body shaming me( a female) and being extremely insensitive. I never write google reviews but this guy's behaviour prompted me to do so. Also fyi this gym does not have basic cardio- Treadmill , cycle etc Advice for owners : hire good salesmen and teach your team not to body shame people Advice for Salesman: be good to prospective members. Your business is dependent on them Advice for prospective members: think before you join. #worstexperienceever

I wish I could give 0 stars. I joined there zumba classes. At first the classes were good but slowly slowly got to see there new faces , the way they talks to others related to fees and services are very rude. We took there 3 months plan on women's day that time they said ya it's for 3 months also you can pay , after that they told don't let other instructors know that you already paid , we have taken less amount from you bla bla..... Because of this negativity I left the class before 3 months.., why should I tell other instructors that I haven't paid ?? Even though I already paid them?? The conclusion point is we go to gym or zumba or any other classes in morning to start our day with a positive vibe not with so negative environment. If you love negative environment go and join there classes. Thank me later.

The gym is very good and the trainers are very supportive they are back of us when we exercise to guide us .the environment is very good .and there are all instruments available necessary for body and lots of free space

Newly opened !! The green and black theme resembles HULK. Trainers are good and supportive. Rates are affordable.. Basically plans for 3,6,12 months..Cardio Equipments are not present.

One among the top notch gym in Keshav Nagar area. Big space, well equiped, good ventilated, ample place for parking. Good interactive knowledgeable staff.

Amazing Trainers and complete clean gym. Would highly recommend! Keep doing what you exactly doing...
