It is a very good gym and the trainer and manager there are also very supportive, Sachin Bhai and Sunil Bhai are very good trainers, I have changed many gyms but I have not seen a trainer like this

I thoroughly enjoyed my workouts at Av fitness studio for the last three months. All the trainers are fantastic and are very knowledgeable. Moreover, the environment is very friendly and comfortable. Akshay sir, Sachin sir and Navnath sir are great trainers who push you to go beyond your limits and make sure you get better every day. And they're fun to just hangout with or talk to as well :) Never have I felt embarrassed to ask for help or ask them questions. At a gym filled with men, I have never felt unsafe during my workouts. Taking up personal training with Akshay sir was one of my best decisions as he helped me break my own records every single day. He was there to assist, guide and support me with every set. He's also very well versed with diet along with workouts and explains everything you're doing in depth. I have lost weight, gained muscle mass and strength and feel so much more confident now. My entire family visits this gym and have all been doing better physically including highly increased stamina and strength.
