This is by far one of the best gyms I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The ambiance is motivating and well-maintained, making workouts a great experience. The equipment is modern, safe, and caters to every type of workout. Trainers are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your fitness journey. The gym also maintains excellent hygiene standards, with clean locker rooms and properly sanitized machines. Membership plans are reasonably priced and provide great value for the services offered.

Very good gym in baner. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment is new and advanced other gym. Place is spacious and neat. Parking is available. They also group sessions in batches. Personal trainer available. They do individual assessment and provide a workout card which can be follow individually. They also provide nutrition guidance to the members. Overall, great place to start fitness journey. Highly recommend.

Wat a shitty guy and rules ABS has made.First the short heighted guy uninterested to even talk showed the Gym.I mean he didn't show we only saw it and he didn't even bother to explain anything any machine expects about the VIP plan.Then there are useless rules like afternoon 1-5pm is closed everyday.Sundays are closed.Bc sab rule tumne banayae hai to paise b tum hi bharlo hamare. Then he said waha washroom hai jake deklo.Are bhai tamiz sikle pehle to respect people then they will convert to customers.When asked about steam he said we have 500 members and steam room bhi floor jitna bada lagega coz we have 500 members.Are dimak se halke admi 500 log kya eksath gym ya steam lete hai kya?he wanted to show he has 500 customer data.Bhai baki gym me members jyada hote to kya steam band kar dete hai kya yehi bolke?And tumhari machine are same as 6-7 saal pehle gold's k pass they wahi..Recent Gold gym ki machine's are next level. ABS if u want to increase customer koi dhang ka reception me aadmi rako warna koi new nahi join krege inse baat karne k bad!

Paying is not the issue ....the problem is how they fool you into paying and renewing with false promises The team needs to learn the basics of maintaining rapport, trust, and accountability with clients. A lot of people think that I am a part of Gym, so people come and complain me, and I end up telling that I am just a member And I try my level best to give them a good feedback so that they can improve, but they just don't. I don't know what kind of insecurity they have with me. When I paid for my plan last year, I clearly mentioned that I wouldn't be starting for the next two months and also i have travel plans The management agreed and assured me that my start date would be adjusted accordingly. However, they didn't update it in the system. Now, at the time of renewal, they're saying my plan has already expired and I can't continue, even though I started two months late exactly as I had informed them. When I raised the concern, they admitted it verbally and even said they'd extend it by two months, but never actually did it in the system. This feels like a complete scam misleading customers and then refusing to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and poor management ethics.
