I joined Abs gym two months ago, and I genuinely look forward to every workout here. The energy, the vibe, and the motivation you feel the moment you step in are unmatched. The gym is immaculately equipped with high-quality machinery, and what I love most is that they have multiple units of the same equipment. Even during peak hours, you won't be wasting time waiting--you can seamlessly move through your workout. That's a big win! The trainers are incredibly supportive and experienced, always guiding you with the right techniques and form. A special shoutout to Sai, one of the best trainers I've come across--his knowledge of strength training, muscle activation, and fitness fundamentals is top-notch. He's not only technically sound but also brings a lot of positive energy to every session. A huge thumbs up to Nilesh at the reception for always greeting everyone with a warm smile and Abhishek for managing the gym floor so smoothly--everything feels well-coordinated and welcoming. Also, the open area section is just crazy--with a beautiful view that makes your workout feel even more refreshing and energizing. If you're looking for a motivating, well-managed, and result-oriented fitness space, this is it. Highly recommended guys!

At the time of writing this review, I was an 'Exclusive' member of ABS (6-month Membership). This Review comes at a time when I am about to complete 2-months into this membership. While I broadly agree and relate to the positive attributes and features of this Fitness Club which more than a Thousand Reviewers have elaborated upon, I wish to touch upon some lesser known / described issues hoping that the Management will take Cognizance and make me give the remaining 2-Stars which are missing in this Review. Essentially, 3-complaints. I have spoken with a few other members during my routine regime (these people have been members of this Club for more than a decade, hence their words carry a lot of weight) and have understood that the issues I am about to lay down here have been plaguing this Gym since many years and no action has been taken in any way. (1) Cardio Equipment Maintenance: If I were to consider that this Gym has 10-Treadmills, I will always find 6 of these machines requiring critical maintenance of some sort (Lubrication, Inclination system broken, E4-error, etc.) For the 4-Elliptical machines, 2 of them are overdue for a Lubrication treatment for Months. They make loud Squeaking sounds upon usage which can be heard even with Headphones / IEM put on by a User...the noise can reach until the ends of the Cardio isle (depending of now bustling the Gym is at any point of time). For the 4-Cycling Machines (Fitness Monitoring ones), 2 of them have their 'Resistance' feature broken since again, Months. Some old-timers of this Gym have expressed and voiced this same issue / irritation and have reported it in the past, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears so far. (2) Pest Control in Men's Changing Room: I see at least 1-2 Cockroaches every single day in the Men's Changing Room, especially in the Shower Rooms and corner Furniture in the Locker Room. For the love of everything that is dear, PLEASE step up your Hygiene Game! ( I say this because ABS on SB-Road is one of the most Posh and Expensive Gyms in Pune I know of). (3) Diet Consultation Woes: I believe the ABS-Management has hired a Dietician on a loose Contractual basis which is relatable to a visiting / guest faculty in an institution. One free Diet Consultation is a benefit offered to higher Tiers in this Gym's subscription, therefore there are quite a few serious peeps who wish to avail this consultation sooner upon joining. However, this Dietician's schedule to make an appearance in the Gym is downright weird - Only once every Week | 3-Hours in an entire Week | Alternating Thursday or Friday of every Week | Alternating Morning or Evening 3-Hours duty on alternating Thursday or Friday...And don't expect this Dietician (Her) to honour this pattern. In my 2-months into this Gym, I have tried my best to match my routine and timings to have my overdue Consultation with her. I always used to ask the Front Desk in advance at the beginning of every week about when she would make an appearance in that week. As per what they told, I did match my timings and routine to be able to meet her. This has happened at least thrice...But every single time, I was told that this Dietician has not reported for work. The Front Desk used to call her up in front of me multiple times, no response. The desk even provided my contact number to her to set up at least a Telephonic Diet Consultation...The Dietician has not called till today. Anyways, fed up and disappointed that such a Posh Gym is still retaining such an un-professional person (Dietician), the Floor Supervisors stepped in:- 1. Mr. Amol (Floor Supervisor and MLM - Morning). 2. Mr. Govind Koli (Floor Supervisor and MLM - Evening). A Special mention of Mr. Koli because he went out of his way and finally took my Diet Consultation; he even offered monthly Follow-ups regarding Diet as a friendly Compensation. Very kind of him! ----------------------- TL;DR - Regular Maintenance of Cardio Equipment | Routine Pest Control in Men's Changing Room | Please Fire your un-professional Dietician! | Thank you Mr. Govind Koli!

Absolutely the best fitness center in Pune! ABS Fitness offers top-notch equipment, a clean and motivating environment, and an incredibly knowledgeable team of trainersThe staff is always friendly and supportive, making every workout session enjoyable and effective. Hi Abs, your floor supervisor only trains girls, and the floor supervisor doesn't even have any certification. He doesn't even know the proper names of the workouts or the correct techniques. He just tells new members to do random exercises. Abs is a very good gym, but if this kind of floor supervisor continues, what will we learn? We also pay our fees and want to stay fit with proper workouts ,not get injured by doing wrong exercises. Please give proper training to this floor supervisor; he doesn't seem to have any experience . Please take some action regarding this shouldn't be happening in ABS.@abhimanyusable
