One of the Best Gyms in Kothrud with all facilities and necessary machinery and equipment for workout, This gym operates from Monday to Saturday 6:00 am till 10:00 pm and stays closed for the whole day on Sunday, Steam facility is also available on Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 6:30 am till 9:30 pm. A hot water shower is available throughout the day. They also provide facilities like monthly BMI and consultation regarding the same. There are 3-4 coaches present during the working hours of the gym for support and consultation. All of them are friendly and kind by nature. The gym also has multiple extra activities carried out from Monday till Friday like yoga, kickboxing, zumba, aerobics cross fit which is included in your subscription. The main highlight of the gym is cleanliness right from equipment till the washrooms, everyday cleaning. Moreover there's a parking facility, lift facility, and the whole gym is Air conditioned. For the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly fees queries, please visit the gym. It is totally worth it. (I will add more if needed afterwards.)

If you're living in Kothrud or nearby areas, then this gym is the best option in the area. It has all the necessary equipment and a steam room. The staff is also excellent, especially Sachin sir and the receptionist. I highly recommend it.

Trainers are very friendly and well experienced also helping in workout and supporting staff as well. I must recommend to beginners to join and get it started now for good health and fitness

The gym owner aand operating authority is requested to lower the musc levels many times by the neighbouring 'HOUSING SOCEITIES' residenstial buildings. Kindly maintain the and inform the gym members accordingly. Next time it will be an official police compliant at your face.

I have been working out in abf family since 1 year and believe me all the machines are in very good conditions. All the trainers are very cooperative and support a lot. Also the gym is very spacious. Thank you.

The only gym in Kothrud with good equipment. I've been going to this gym since last year and it's been great. When the gym was closed during lockdown, they were nice enough to give me extra 2 months memebership for free. Also, the main reason for me to continue with this gym is their trainers, especially Sandeep Shinde sir helped me a lot.

All about Fitness, as the name says you ll find all latest equipments in this gym which are in very good condition. Gym instructors are really very helpful and well experienced. Very well maintained, neat and hygienic place to workout.I had been going here since couple of years now. Must give preference to ABS in Kothrud.

Great gym, friendly trainers and staff. The equipments are in great condition and the staff makes sure that the gym is at it's cleanest any given time of the day. I personally have experienced good training regiments and guidance.
