Nice gym with all the essential equipment and well-maintained environment. The trainers are experienced, supportive, and guide you well through your fitness journey. Although the photos on the website are a bit old, the gym has been renovated few years ago and now looks even better in reality. Definitely worth joining!

Just a basic gym with moderate amount of equipments. Not recommended for couples l. As this gym is basically for guys around the area. As the crowd here is mostly guys. The trainer also is just average with not much experience in diets and cross fits. Just regular gym if you want to do normal workout only.
