the atmosphere is welcoming the equipments are always well maintained and everything feels clean, organised and hygenic. my personal trainer ankur yadav has been the biggest game changer here he listened to my goal , made a customised workout plan for me and he pushes me to do better just the right amount. other staff is also very friendly and promising . so far i m having a very positive experience here
