I had a disappointing experience with Akshay, my trainer. Despite asking him to slow down, he continued intense upper body training, which led to a severe elbow injury. Even after informing him about the pain, he advised me to keep working out, exacerbating the issue. The injury, later diagnosed as tennis elbow, worsened over time, requiring costly physiotherapy and medical treatment. Unfortunately, this experience deterred me from continuing my fitness journey.

Worst gym experience ever.
I've been to many gyms and seen many trainers in my life, but this one has been the worst by far. The trainer at this gym doesn't know how to talk properly -- he speaks disrespectfully. He wears red Dapp shoes and talks to clients like they're beneath him, saying "tu" instead of speaking respectfully.
Prime Fitness, Friends Colony -- you need to improve your staff. Teach your trainers how to speak to clients, especially the one wearing red Dapp shoes.
If you want to run a serious business, first fix your staff before trying to handle clients.
Yogesh Sir, you have earned respect, but your staff is damaging your reputation in your absence. Please take action against them @primefitness
