While the infrastructure is good, the trainers are pathetic and supremely arrogant to the extent that they will collectively make fun of you or even pass comments if you are a lean person and trying to gain weight/mass. I once asked a trainer to help me with some tricep exercises. He called another trainer and then they both started to laugh at me and mock me. One out of these 2 trainers was once in the lift with me and he started singing - tera pyar pyar pyar "muthi maar" (with hand gestures)

In the gyms in the USA, overshirts and flannel shirts are allowed, but here they are not allowed When questioned, the manager doesn't answer properly Says "mere gym me nahi chalta Jacket pehen ke ao" He said that gym attire is required But sports shirt are not allowed And tank tops are allowed When tank tops are also not gym attire Jacket and overshirts and flannel shirts serve the same purpose, so all of them should be allowed Equipments are fine, after the renovation, it has improved Me and a lot of my friends would appreciate it if we get a deadlift platform also But I personally have given many clients to the gym, and don't think that telling me "dusre gym me chale jao, shirt pehen na hai to" is a good way to treat a client who has given 5+ new clients to the gym
