I would have given them 10 star if possible. The best gym in Nagpur for real training. I am taking training from Shahid Sir at One Plus Fitness gym and dynamic results are visible. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He not only teaches you how to perform exercises correctly and safely but also explains the physics behind each exercise. He pushed me all the time to break my mental and strength barriers. He also guided me on nutrition n diet plan which is an essential part of body. I would blindly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a fitness transformation. You can count on him ( zero nonsense and result oriented trainer ). This Gym has a very friendly and professional environment.

I took personal training from Sohail sir at One Plus Fitness gym and that was one of the best decisions of my life ! Gym has a very friendly and professional environment where you can realize all your fitness goals. As an intermediate lifter, I was looking for someone to help me build strength. We focused on a strength training program for 3 months. Sohail sir is very experienced and knowledgeable. He not only teaches you how to perform exercises correctly and safely but also explains the physics behind each exercise. He pushed me all the time to break my mental and strength barriers and I was able to progressively increase weight on all major exercises. He also guided me on nutrition which is an essential part of body building. Under his guidance , was able to realize my goals and put on 5 pounds of lean muscle mass ( as indicated by body composition scans ). I would blindly recommend him to anybody ( at any level in weight lifting ) looking for a fitness transformation. You can count on him ( zero nonsense and result oriented trainer ). P.S.
