Overall a good gym i must say with most of the equipments and latest one also and have good trainers also. The gym space is good enough so that 20-25 people at the same time can do gym. But some time it becomes quite crowded then we have to wait for other people to complete there sets or do alternately.Doing alternately is not a problem but when it becomes crowded then on one equipment more than 2 people is not good and it will consume our time as we have to wait for them and till then our body loses the momentum. Trainers are also good here but you have to ask them if you need any help.

It is a well equipped and spacious gym with good trainers. I am currently in this gym and working out is fun with good quality of equipments. The trainers are also helpful and cooperative.
Cardio strength training and sports training is also available here as the owner is himself ranji player.
The cost of membership is also not that much considering the facilities they provide. The ambiance is also pleasing. In all it is a good package.

Doesn't have proper instruments for workout. Trainer are quite rude and they won't even correct you if you are doing exercise in incorrect form. They take lot more money if we compare with other gyms and I would never suggest anyone to join this place and the most important thing is the songs we they play during workout will make you feel like you're into some dance bar so take this as a big note .

The trainers are exceptional and are super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at.
This place is a good mix of strength, cardio and crossfit.
The workouts and trainings are always new so its never boring.
I have had nothing but good experiences.
