The gym is very nice nd clean, Gym ambiance is also nice. The sound system in the gym is very good, all the equipment and machinery in the gym are new and good quality and are serviced every Sunday so that there is no problem with any of the machines, the gym also has a treadmill which takes you only 15min can be used, The gym has AC but it never turned on in the morning during my time. The gym also provides personal training if needed for that personal trainers are also available.

Great gym & amazing atmosphere!! All the equipment is very well kept & great mix of weights, machines, mats and more. All the facilities are clean & new. They have showers, lockers & a sports therapy room area. The PT's at STANZA FITNESS really know their stuff & are so friendly. Carl was my PT at my last session & I would highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable & so passionate about what he does! My advice would be go & check this modern friendly gym out, run by people who will go out their way to help you enjoy your training experience.
