I wasn't even planning to stick to a gym when I first joined this one but it legit changed my mind. The space is huge, super clean, and there's every kind of equipment you can think of, perfect whether you're just starting out or been lifting for a while. The trainers actually knw their stuff and they're not pushy which I really liked. Plus there's a proper boxer there who trains people in MMA if that's your thing, pretty wild for a place like Karad ngl. Cardio section's solid too, machines are well maintained and you don't have to wait around or feel cramped. Overall it's honestly the best gym I've seen around here. If you're serious about working out this place won't disappoint. And also they have a BMI machine where you can monitor your entire body composition regularly
