Studio8 - A fitness centre

Joining the ladies-only Zumba class was one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness and fun! From the moment the music started, the room was full of positive energy, laughter, and non-stop movement. Surrounded by women of all ages and fitness levels, I felt completely comfortable and encouraged. The instructor led us through a mix of Latin and Bollywood dance routines, and even though I missed a few steps, no one judged--everyone was just enjoying themselves. It felt less like exercise and more like a celebration. By the end, we were all drenched in sweat but glowing with happiness. It's more than just a workout--it's a confidence booster, a stress reliever, and a great way to bond with other amazing women.

Studio 8 is excellent exercise schedule, it is a great mix of Zumba and strength training. I feel quite energetic after the session Apoorva is a best fitness trainer

It is one the best fitness studio . Apurva maam persnally checks everybody nd guides completely . I have tried many different workouts but she has great circuit workouts nd zumba is just fun . Thank you

It's been a month that I have joined the class and I have personally seen many changes in my body as well as Apurva personally does the body analysis and gives the diet chart according to it and makes sure the class is always fun.

Workout made fun and interesting. A great start for those who wants to workout but not a gym person. Had an amazing experience here.
