Its quite spacious and has a lot of the equipments which can be considered as latest. There's a seperate cardio, weights, abs section and change rooms with locker facilities. Trainer of the gym is educated and experienced, you can directly approach him for health tips.

It has been a month since I've joined this gym... and i have seen a great transformation and have lost a lot of body fat. The workout and diet provided by the coach is worth every penny. And what matters it that he has the knowledge to advice what's right and what's wrong.
15 min with the guy at the gym and you will find yourself enlightened with knowledge which hardly any trainer has to even provide.
My suggestion: Live it to believe it. Join the gym and see the results for yourself
